Seraphim Of Night
Night grows light,
Fog grows dim,
Here I am,
Sweet seraphim,
Ask me not,
What will be found,
As thine eyes,
Like child sleep sound,
Pray for me,
Dear seraphim,
That light overcomes,
The dark within,
And all that be,
Might soon become,
That you might be,
The only one,
Bleed with me,
My seraphim,
To overcome,
This painful sin,
The lust I have,
For you my love,
Keep it hidden,
From those above,
That I might one day,
Soon become,
Another tale,
Another song,
And with it bring,
Great fortune fair,
All that I,
Could think to bear,
And be my witness,
Here and nigh,
That love may curse,
Just you and I,
May it always,
Be this way,
With promises,
You often say,
Now I sleep,
Dear seraphim,
I pray that I,
See you again,
And when that moments,
Come and pass,
I pray it will not,
Be our last.

The basic problem with civilization today is that all of our advances in agriculture and medicine have permitted really stupid people to live long enough to reproduce.
